- Pili jalee 1 pakit
- Katey badam 1 khaney ka chamach

Doodh me chini or rangeen sawaiyan dal ker obalain.Ab corn flour ko doodh me ghool ker shamil ker ke pakain.Jab gara ho jaye to utar ker thanda krain phir is me lal sharbat dalain. Hari rang ki jalee ko 1 cup pani ke sath jamain phir tokron me kat lain. Custard me katey badam pista cream furite kateel or jalee dal ker fold ker dain. Uper se cream dal serve krain.Terkeeb |
