Ingredients
- Kima Aadah Kilo
- Kashkash 1 tbsp
- Khopra 1 tbsp
- Lal mirach 12 adad (gool)
- Long 3 adad
- Dar chini 2 tukrey
- Hari elaichi 3 adad
- Kacha papita 1 tbsp
- Adrak lassan ka pest 1 tbsp
- Ghee/teel aadah cup
- Namak 1 tsp
- Dahi 1 cup
- Piyaz 3 tsp (Tali Hoi Pisi Hoi)
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Hara dhaniya Garnish ke liya
- Hari mirach Garnish ke liya

Kashkash, khopra, gool lal mirach, dar chini or hari elaichi ko bhoon ker pees lain.
Kema per Kacha papita or adrak lassan ka pest laga ker 2 ghantey key liya rakh dain.
Ab ghee/teel garam ker key is me masala 1 chothai cup pani or namak key sath dal ker chand minut key liya fry ker lain.
Ab is me kima shamil krain.
Phir is me dahi dal ker halki anch per pakain.
Yahan tak ke pani khosh ho jai.
